About the Photographer

Peter Alexander grew up in the midwest. He inherited his passion for photography from his mother, who was an avid amateur photographer, which she pursued while raising 7 children, among her many other pursuits. She was particularly skilled at telling a story with her photography. See her photo below, taken in Italy in 1953.

Peter’s camera of choice is the Canon EOS 90D, preferred lens a Canon 50mm 1.4 fixed. He also uses his Apple iPhone 13 Max Pro camera. For photo editing, he uses Adobe Lightroom and Affinity.

Peter and his wife Linda have made their home in Petaluma, California since 1993. In addition, they are employed by their dog Lucy, a Terrier mix.
